SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test (National Test with Uniform State Content)
The NMLS national licensing test every state-licensed mortgage loan originator must pass at 75%: federal mortgage law (RESPA, TILA/TRID, ECOA, HMDA and more), uniform state content from the SAFE Act, general mortgage knowledge, loan origination activities and math, and ethics.
